ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member forTyra Ingram - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers
- Use a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs
- Be the first point of contact for in-person customer visits and inbound calls
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Able to obtain and Life and Health license
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Marketing experience preferred
- Able to make presentations to potential customers
- Self-motivated
- People-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
