"I've used multiple State Farm agencies over the years and this is the only one who would repeatedly call me and try to upsell me on more policies and coverage, asking me to come into the office to discuss further which I always politely declined as I had all the coverage I need. However my issue is I had mentioned previously that I work overnight shifts and sleep during business hours, and recently I had missed a few calls from them during the middle of the "night" for me and not one time did they leave a message or send me an email regarding the matter for which they were calling and today I received a notice they cancelled my policy. In my opinion if the state of my policy was on the line the least they could've done was left a message or sent and email."
